We
want you to know...
How to be forgiven and have eternal life.
God's message of hope is for everyone. He
wants you to know Him. You can begin your relationship with
your Savior by taking these three steps as presented in His
Holy Word.
1. Understand that God loves you and has
provided a way for your sin to be forgiven through Jesus.
| -For God so loved the world
that he gave his one and only Son, so that whoever believes
on Him will not perish but have everlasting life.
--John 3:16 |
-For Christ has once suffered
for sin, the just for the unjust, that he might bring
us to God. --1 Peter 3:18 |
2. Turn away from your sin and place your
faith in Jesus.
| -The wages of sin is death,
but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ.
--Romans 6:23 |
-For whoever calls on the
name of the Lord shall be saved. --Romans 10:13 |
3. Follow Jesus.
| Jesus said, "I am the light of
the world. He who follows me shall not walk in darkness,
but have the light of life." --John 8:12 |
If you desire to repent from your
sins and be saved, you can use this prayer to be forgiven
and receive eternal life:
Dear God, I know that
I am a sinner. Thank you for loving me and sending Jesus
to die for my sins. I open my heart and life to receive
Jesus as my Savior and Lord. Please forgive me and give
me eternal life through your Son, Jesus Christ. I will
seek to follow Him the rest of my days. Amen. |
After praying this sinner's prayer you should attend our
church or another Bible-believing church right away and follow
Jesus in baptism and church membership. The church will provide
tremendous help for you to grow in your new-found faith in
Christ.
