Our Staff

Rev.
John Holland, Interim Pastor
Lincoln Park Baptist is blessed to be led by our interim
pastor, the Rev. John Holland. A Knoxville native who
grew up attending Tennessee Avenue Baptist Church, Rev.
Holland pastored churches in east Tennessee and in Kentucky
for over 40 years, including 34 years as the pastor of
Salem Baptist Church in Knoxville.

Donnie
Douglas, Minister of Students and
Activities
Donnie came to Lincoln Park in 1995. He is a graduate
of Carson-Newman College and Southeastern Baptist Theological
Seminary. His wife Rhonda is active with youth and children.
His desire is to see children and youth come to know the
saving grace of Jesus Christ. His ministry is designed
to equip young people to become all that God wants them
to be. Donnie's favorite Bible verse:
Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not
unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge
him, and he shall direct thy paths. (Proverbs 3:5-6 KJV)

Kim
Carver, Director of Children's Ministry
Kim directs our church family's Bible-based
ministry to children including Team Kid, Children's Church,
VBS and lots of special events.

Chris
McDonald, Music Director
Chris is a talented musician who directs
all church music ministries for adults and children.
